Board of Directors
Mike Williamson
Chairman
Mike brings to ECOllaboration more than 30 years’ experience in the fields of water and sewage management, waste minimisation, resource recovery, engineering and project management. He has held positions as managing director of CH2M Australia and as managing partner of global consulting firm Environmental Resources Management (ERM). From 2001 until 2015 he was Chairman of the Oil Stewardship Advisory Council and he has held Board positions with Keep Australia Beautiful and Special Olympics NSW.
Mike has been a member of the board of Unitywater since 2013. In this capacity, he chairs the Board’s Capital Works Committee as well as being a member of the Board’s Innovation and Sustainability Committee. Mike is a qualified marine and mechanical engineer and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Margit Connellan
Board Member
Margit brings to ECOllaboration more than 25 years’ experience in engineering in the water industry. She is a results-orientated leader experienced in leading high-performance teams and successfully increasing market presence. With her ability to keep a level head at all times, Margit understands how to effectively nurture and grow a business. Having worked in the consulting and construction industries, Margit has diverse experience in civil engineering design and strategic asset management, business development, and developing and growing teams. She brings a practical, no-nonsense approach to business and risk management, planning for market growth and winning new business.
She has actively participated in the QLD Australian Water Association as a committee member and is passionate for developing a sustainable environment where we can rebuild ecosystems and protect the natural environment.
Marc Murray
Board Member
Marc Murray is a Chartered Management Accountant and serial entrepreneur. Over the last 25 years, Marc has founded, expanded and successfully disposed of 4 businesses. The most recent was a global manufacturing and distribution business that was sold to a large American competitor. Marc has lived in the Sunshine Coast for the last 9 years and has taken a lifestyle decision to work less and contribute more.
Dave Taylor
Board Member
Dave is a Chartered Environmentalist and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
With over 40 years professional experience, Dave brings a wealth of knowledge to the Board including contract management, claim management and mitigation, technical delivery including design, project and program management including commercial and supply chain management.
Dave is an excellent communicator who is well-versed to varied cultures having worked in Australia, Bangladesh, Turkey, Denmark, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, France, Nigeria, Bahrain and the UK.
