The Position

This position is an initiative by the Skilling for Queenslanders program and aims to upskill job seekers in the Sunshine Coast region. We have on offer 6-month traineeships (multiple positions) in Conservation & Ecosystem Management Certificate 1. These positions also offer trainees the opportunity to obtain their Agricultural Control & Distribution of Chemicals (ACDC) licence as well as a white card and chainsaw qualifications.
The position may be physically demanding at times and requires a person who is fit, energetic, and flexible.

We’re Hiring! Certificate 1 in Business Traineeships

We currently have vacancies for business administration trainees, where you will gain qualifications in business whilst working for a fantastic organisation.

Our traineeship program focuses on giving you real life experiences in administration, event coordination, customer service and more. Your final resume after completing the traineeship will be robust and full of practical experiences.

ECOllaboration is an employer of choice. As part of our team, you will enjoy team BBQ’s, group exercise training sessions and a family-friendly work environment.

During the 18-week traineeship, you will gain valuable knowledge and experience whilst working and studying alongside our qualified administration team to complete your BSB10120 Certificate I in Workplace Skills.

Selection Criteria:
– Permanent resident or Australian citizen
– Be committed to working full-time while completing a qualification
– No longer enrolled in school
– Ability to interact with a range of people in a professional and friendly manner
– The ability to work both cooperatively within a team environment and unsupervised
